Euro Grade Cash Rated Safes
These safes are designed to give maximum cash and valuables cover up to £1 million stg. for jewellery using a grade 5 safe.
Euro Grade safes are designed to have a light weight construction while maintaining the highest degree of security, this provides for ease on installation.
A cash rating is a method of classifying security safes by their security level. Manufacturers design their safes to meet various levels of security and these are designated by a cash rating from £1000 up to £100,000.
All cash ratings can be multiplied by 10 of valuables such as jewellery are being stored instead of cash. eg. A security safe with a £3,000 cash rating will cover jewellery up to £30,000.
All cover values are in sterling as the larger insurance companies are UK based. In Ireland Euro equivalents are generally accepted subject to insurance company approval. Always seek advice from your insurance company if you are not sure what level of security you require.

Fire Resistant Safes
Although you may consider never needing a fire resistant safe you may on the other hand be extremely pleased to have bought one in case the unforeseen does happen. Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths have many different fire resistant safes that are available in touch pad lock up features or key operated locks. All these fire resistant safes boast unique fire proof features, heavy duty hinges and robust security features. Our range of fire resistant safes are brand name models and are all very well known and respected in the security industry.
A fire resistant safe is tested to meet at what temperatures they will deteriorate at when in a fire, and you can see this fire rating temperature on most models. The selection that we offer at Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths have been tested to meet stringent fire resistance requirements, and tested at temperatures for periods of time and measured before they break down. Many businesses that need to take care of sensitive paper, computer data and valuable goods will choose a fire resistant safe over any other model although it may cost a little more than a regular one.
As you can see on our website we provide a variety of solutions for protection of your most valuable assets with a number of different sized fire resistant safes with a choice of your preferred locking features. You will note that some fire resistant safes have a time rating. Home Safe / Free Standing
Our homes are a place of comfort and safety but it is a sad reality that crime is everywhere and we do need to take extra precautions in keeping our valuables safe. Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths is a supplier that can provide you with a home safe that is built to keep intrusions out.
A free standing safe allows a lot of installation possibilities thanks to preset holes for anchor bolts for wall fastening, floor fastening, shelf fastening, internal wardrobe fastening and many other possibilities to suit your needs.
Each home safe that is purchased from us goes through a lengthy process which ensures that nobody is able to penetrate it and get to the things that are important and precious to you. Even leaving things such as passports and irreplaceable documents lying around is not an option because accidents happen on a regular basis and water and fire can leave you empty handed at the end of the day. Many of us also keep valuables such as family heirlooms and jewelry around the house and in the event of a break in these are the items that you will never be able to replace again.

Key Press Storage
Key Cabinets or Key Presses are becoming more popular both with businesses and offices as well with the home owner.
The purchase of a key cabinet is a sound measure to the protection and control of keys. At a glance you can immediately see if a key is missing from its hook therefore alerting the manager to that fact upon inspection.
Large companies tend to opt for more high-tech systems when it comes to keeping a control of accessible areas but the smaller business owner/manager will still depend on the tried and trusted security methods supplied by the installation of padlocks and cylinder locks. These devices still have keys and the keys have to be safely kept somewhere.
Key cabinets from Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths are the ideal solution for the secure and orderly means for daily access to areas. The space left when a key is in use is an immediate reminder that the key should be retrieved before the end of the working day. This can be accomplished by the member of staff who is responsible for the monitoring of the key cabinet.
For a company that has more than just a few employees key cabinets can be used in conjunction with cross reference systems to reveal which staff member signed for the key and at what time and whether it has been returned with an authorised signature to corroborate the fact.

Miscellaneous Lock Boxes and Storage Containers
When we don't have enough money to buy a professional safe it is always better to remember about diversion safes! They don't look like the typical steel safe and, although they have no protection against fire, they can discourage a potential burglar, who hasn't got the time to search the whole house. We can use a diversion safe such as containers for juice, canned fruit, home cleaners, or even books. They have removable tops or bottoms so that we can put our goods in them, they have weight so they appear normal when handled and most important, they are quite cheap compared to a normal safe.

Steel Stores
If you are the owner or manager of a business or retail premises then having a steel store is never a bad investment. Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths is a business that has dedicated themselves to providing homes and businesses with reliable safety solutions because taking a chance is not worth it when something does go missing or get stolen.
Steel Stores often come with a £3,000 cash rating with 10 times valuables and can be used for a number of bulky valuable items.
When buying a steel store you need to consider which size would be more convenient for your specific business. There are many applications with a steel store such as a rotary deposit trap, a sliding drawer or even a front loading deposit drawer. Excellent features if you are looking to place the safe under a desk or a counter in a shop or office.
Your business would benefit from this type of safe if you are handling money both in the day and in the night time. This way you will never have to leave unnecessary amounts of cash in the register in the case of an emergency. A business can lose a lot of money if proper care is not taken with cash that they use everyday.

Wall Safes
A home or business burglary can be devastating. Not only may you loose some of your most important belongs, but you can feel vulnerable. An easy way to find peace of mind and prevent theft is to keep a wall safe in your home or office.
Wall safes are drilled into your wall, between studs. You can install a wall safe when you are building your home or office, or you can put it in later. Most wall safes come with a flange so you don’t need to re-plaster the walls after it is installed.
The wall safe demands a special framing or fitting and it is better to place them as low as possible because, in the event of a fire, the temperature is lower at ground level. They are very practical for those of us who value our possessions. They are easy to install, easily accessible and they do not require special modifications of the interior or the design of the house.
Wall safes can be opened by combination, electronic lock, or key, depending on the model you choose.
